This bok is about an german boy named Bruno. He lives in berlin. And has a big house. Everything is just fine but just when he's father get's an important job he haft to leave all he's friends and move out to "Out With" out in the country. He moves with he's syster Gretel and mother and father, He's grandparents stays in berlin. When they have arrived in "Out With" he's father'

amidietly started he's work. And they see a big area with fences and people with stripped payjamas. Bruno and he's syster are curies. And one day Bruno desides to go out and play in the woods as he would do in Berlin with he's friends. But then he stumble's on a boy with stripped payjamas. It turn's out that they are in the same age and he's name is Shumel, Shumel is on the other side of the fence so they cant´play but they become great friends. Bruno wonders why he cant play with he's friend and why he has to leave he's best friends in berlin. But Shumel is Bruno's only friend now. Why are my fathers men so croule on the people with payjamas, Something isnt' normal here, 

Bruno

Bruno is an little rebel becuse he dosent' want to leave he's friends so he does an revolt against he's dad.

He sais that we must go bak, We must.... The only cause that he became good friend with Shumel is that Bruno was alone. He had no friend. I think that he is really confused like Shumel. He dosent really now whats going on. Bruno is also play full. He also 

Shumel

He is a little bit scared and dosent' really now whats going with the military and the consentration camp. Shumel and Bruno are best friends. In the ending of the book Bruno say's "You are the best friend in the world" But he hears nothing bak. Shumel is really sweet. He dosent have any hair do. 

Gretel

I think that she thinks that she i a grown up. She's kinda selfish. But she is an tippical big syster. She also miss her friends in berlin. But she isnt' as confussed as Bruno and Shumel about everything. She now's what is happening. 

Dad

He's father is a man that does he's duty. And you can see that he dosnt like jews, For an example. SPOILER ALERT. When he says, "O Bruno they are not people at al." He's dad says that when Bruno ask's ho the people with stripped payjamas are. He is an classic soldier and comander.

I think that the book was really god. It had great characters. And it was dramatic in the ending. Sorry for the spoiler. You slowly shrink in to the teribble world an realise the truth. That they kill Jews in consentration camp. You notice that they dont' like jews. I give this 8,5/10. One more thing do. I draw an parallel of "God night Mr' Tom"
